As all of our items are custom made, we do not offer refunds except in the case of our error. If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will make it right. Unused candles are eligible for exchange, but we cannot offer refunds. Please note that shipping for any exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
