Shipping Policy - the basics

For custom items that are in stock, please allow 2 days for processing. For items that are not in stock, please allow 5 days for processing time and an additional week for candle curing. Once your item has been shipped with our courier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any issues and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
